Op12 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Guidelines
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the op12 platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before continuing.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By registering, accessing, or using any part of the op12 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
To use op12's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age permitted in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling or betting services are prohibited.
- Not acting in a professional capacity within the gambling industry in a manner that could give rise to a conflict of interest.
Op12 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time and may suspend an account until satisfactory verification is received. Registering with false information or another person's details is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
2. Account Creation, Responsibilities, and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the op12 platform. Attempts to create multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing restrictions are a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and their balances forfeited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date at all times. op12 will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You are advised to:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Notify op12 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Op12 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any such request should be reported as suspicious activity.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Users of the op12 platform are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible, respectful, and lawful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to exploit system bugs, use automated software (bots), or manipulate game outcomes through technical means or collusion.
- Money laundering: Using the platform to transfer or conceal illegally obtained funds is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Promotion abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or coordinating bets to unfairly exploit promotional terms.
- System interference: Any attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to op12's technical infrastructure.
- Sharing of illegal content: Distributing offensive, threatening, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform.
Op12 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including immediate suspension, account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to legal authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Transactions, and Funds Policy
All financial transactions on the op12 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including DuitNow, online bank transfers, and supported e-wallets. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use is registered in your own name and that you have valid authorisation to use it.
Regarding deposits:
- Deposits are processed once payment confirmation is received from the financial service provider.
- Op12 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet operators.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the chosen payment method.
Regarding withdrawals:
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
- Op12 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
- Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the chosen method.
- Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
Op12 reserves the right to withhold or cancel withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or an ongoing investigation into a terms violation. In such cases, you will be notified and given the opportunity to provide the necessary explanation or evidence.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Op12 provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or secure against all threats. To the extent permitted by law, op12 shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity.

Intellectual Property
All content on the op12 platform — including the brand name, logo, design, text, images, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of op12 or our licensors and is protected under applicable copyright law. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from op12.
Third-Party Links
The op12 platform may contain references or information relating to third-party service providers such as game suppliers and payment processors. op12 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Your interactions with third parties are solely your responsibility and are subject to their own terms.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Op12 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by legal authorities. Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any eligible balance will be returned via an approved withdrawal method.
Right to Amend Terms
Op12 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. You are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the op12 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable law.
